1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order jewelry may take additional processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page.

3. Delivery Time & Charges

Delivery time depends on the shipping location and selected shipping method

  • Remote and rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or high order volumes.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order status on our website using the provided tracking details.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select locations.
  • A COD fee of ₹100 may apply.
  • Orders above ₹1999 may require advance payment confirmation.

6. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable courier services such as Courier Names to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delivery issues.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged package, contact us within 24 hours with unboxing videos/photos.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in locating it or provide a replacement/refund.
