1. Return & Exchange Window
- We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- For hygiene reasons, certain jewelry items may not be eligible for return.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
✅ Damaged or Defective Items – If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing videos and photos for verification.
✅ Incorrect Item Received – If you receive a different product than ordered, let us know immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
✅ Size or Fit Issues – Certain fashion products may be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Earrings and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
3. How to Initiate a Return?
To request a return, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Attach clear photos and videos of the product showing the issue.
3️⃣ Once approved, we will provide return shipping details.
4️⃣ Pack the item securely and send it back using a trusted courier.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (as per your preference).
- Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may return the product after receiving it.
